Darra Fashion has a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days so we can arrange a return and refund.

The Rules
The terms for return are extremely straightforward. The item must only be in the same condition as when it was first purchased. It cannot be used for anything, worn, or altered in any way. It needs to be delivered back with the following things:
- The original box
- The bill
- Tags
- The receipt serves as proof of purchase

The simplest way to guarantee that you get what you want is to return the item you already own and then buy the desired item after the return has been processed.
A Defective Item
If you are unhappy with the products, kindly let us know as soon as possible. If there is a problem with the goods, a defect, or if you received the wrong things, kindly get in touch with us immediately once.
We will examine them straight away and take whatever steps are necessary to make them right.
Refund
We will notify you as soon as we have received and processed your return and decided whether to issue your refund. A refund will be automatically delivered to your original payment method if it is accepted.
Please be advised that your bank or credit card issuer may require more time to process and deposit the refund.
Special Exceptions
There are some products that cannot be returned, such as bespoke and personalized goods (such as special orders, lingerie, and personal items).
Hazardous materials, volatile liquids, and gases cannot be brought back to us. Please get in touch if you have any questions or issues about a specific item.
A Reminder
Gift certificates and items that have been discounted or are on sale unfortunately cannot be returned.
Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying the shipping if you choose to return an item. Shipping fees are not refundable. Depending on where you live, it can take some time for the replacement item to reach you.
Shipping
The delivery of your purchase will take between 15 and 50 days. As soon as the shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with details. Prior to shipping, you should submit your items to the address provided on the contact us page.
